Robust Food

Robust Food: Choosing foods, like whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, low fat dairy, unsaturated fats will help keep us “robust!”  These foods provide a variety of vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, plant stanols, antioxidants, healthy fats, proteins and complex carbohydrates! All help the body function efficiently and more effectively. Our heart, kidneys, liver, colon, skin, hair, muscles and more all benefit from eating a variety of whole foods. Let’s use the foods we eat to keep us strong, fit, and healthy, in other words, “robust!”
